Using the tool

This free calculator provides general planning estimates for rectangular panels. You may print its output for your own project. Verify material, actual thickness, dimensions, and count before relying on an estimate.

Accuracy and decisions

Results use the documented density models and assume uniform solid panels. Actual weights may differ by ±20% or more. Packaging, coating, additional cargo, and guessed moisture corrections are excluded. Payload rows use illustrative reference values and do not certify a vehicle or load. Verify exact product weights and your vehicle documentation.

Availability and responsibility

The site and output are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or suitability for every project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TwoCut Tools does not accept liability for losses from reliance on unverified estimates. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
